They didn’t lose the license to put the Chrysler building in the game it was more that they never had permission in the first place. The owners looked the other way the first time so when Miles came around. Devs were like “we dodged the bullet that time. Let’s not do that again.” But I’m just splitting hairs here 😂

The building changed owners in-between the first game and Miles’ game, and the new owners did not give permission for whatever reason
