• Banded Trapbar Deadlift (5 sets of 5 reps)

I'd say it's neither? There's nothing wrong with comparing yourself to others as long as you aren't snobbish about it. Especially if they're better than you and you want to be as good as them. Just my opinion.

I drove to the gym. As entered the carpark, I tricked the body, drove straight out to a McDonald’s drive thru, ordered and ate 3 double cheeseburgers and fries. Meanwhile my body thought it was at the gym and burning calories. Yes! 🍔🍟=💪
