Let's face it, if what you said was true, Peggy would've wound up with Col. Hogan, not Sgt. Carter. Sharon might have wound up with Sgt. Carter of the USMC as long as Private Pyle didn't louse it up.

I'm not sure why the cabal of villains didn't just cut Batroc a check instead of go on about whatever they wanted to babble about. He's not an employee, he was just hired for a job which he did (or thought he did) and isn't on any kind of need to know basis. I've always kind of wondered about how Rogers dealt with his army status after he was revived. He had to have had some contact, because his personal effects were returned to him. However, in the 1980s he wrote to them about his status, and they kicked back a million dollar check, which I assume was back pay. He was technically missing in actions, presumed killed in action. He used it to set up a crime hotline (which was used as a plot device to pull him into adventures). Today he'd be better treated for PTSD and survivor's guilt. I know somebody who had a traumatic brain injury and has no memories of about three weeks of his life. He's still upset about that (despite how he's been told what happened, none of which was pleasant). Losing decades is much worse, but he's still probably in the WWII GI mode where talking to a therapist isn't done.

Sam Jackson was cast as Nick Fury because in the Ultimate Comics line, Nick Fury (may be the original Furys son i forget) was literally based of Sam Jackson in real life, so when it came to casting the films, they went with the obvious choice😅 pretty neat modern comic history

I really wish you wouldn’t do the commentary in the middle of the episodes. It’s really annoying and I don’t like your commentary so please do that at the beginning in the end and let the episode run on its own.
