A while back in this Daredevil event (comics) _A_ Ghost Rider was Japanese/Indian (Zukato in Sanskrit means to Help 🤷) so the Japanese weapon like a Kusarigama makes sense.

I don't know why they act so surprised. They heard a car in fire rode out of the road some friends of theirs, and then act surprised when after setting on fire the car they think responsable, it comes after them on fire.
