Marvin is definitely a prophet, a angel, he said the songs on the album just came to him, spiritually,didn’t remember how. Its one of the most prolific in our lifetime. A miracle, unexplainable. We need you Marvin Gaye, much love to you💜💙🙏🏿

During the Kobe Bryant & Gianna the celebration of life memorial, this song was playing in my head as I was watching it. I couldn't get this song outta my head, it hit my spirit so hard that day in memory of them and a few of my family members that passed on. Beautiful redition of this song. 😔

Good Sunday evening, everyone; blessed enough to have seen this brilliant artist in concert when he was touring /promoting what turned out to be an iconic, timeless album (Radio City Music Hall, NYC) and I still have the photos and the vinyl.....thank you, Marvin Gaye for sharing your gifts and your heart. Yeah. I’m done with abrahamic religion, but this is a beautiful and moving song. Also, Aretha Franklin recorded a version on her Amazing Grace gospel album. It’s beautiful and moving too. Both versions really bring up a lot of emotions in me.
