Wow! I'd never heard this singer before! She's awesome! It is SO difficult to find a soprano who can do justice to this role besides Callas! But, I think now I've may have found one!! Hope there are more recordings of her in this role!

CORRECTION... I didn't realize she identifies her voice as Mezzo soprano! Makes sense, though. And to me, I would think a good solid mezzo with good high notes like she does is probably the best bet for Medea! Definitely better than any of the current sopranos attempting this role (i.e. Radvanovsky)!
