I totally agree with you. It is so frustrating that the person filming got too close to the dancer and concentrated so much on her face and arms. The whole body makes the dance.

Phenomenal. What a wonderful culture, so deep into their Spirituality and roots. I wish we, Slavic people were so in tune with our internal (and external) Divinity, but sadly all we have today are guesses and reconstructions of how ancient pagan Slavs *might* have lived their lives... So sad, so much history of our own beautiful roots forgotten and abandoned. Please, people of India, be grateful for Your old ways still blooming and growing as vibrant as it was centuries ago. It's so beautiful! Indian-Hindu devotional dance movements have so much meaning. It's mesmersing to watch! As India begins it's rise as the next big super power after China, the world will get to know the gorgeous and rich Dharmic (Sanatana Dharma- Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Jainism) traditions of India.

This is Soo sacred and has so much deep meaning that the viewer would dream of knowing. I love how she kept the rythem of the drum in her movements and of course the scenery and herself. I'm so intrigued by this. I also love how she ended her dance the way she started.

We’re not in the least two dimensional. Spend some time exploring Western culture and you’ll find marvels. You just won’t find them in modern western entertainment or media. We’re not without our own rich culture-we’re just doing a really good job of ignoring and forgetting it.
