MARINATION
Chicken - 1 kg
Salt to taste
Black pepper- 1 Tsp
Dark soy sauce- 2 Tsp
Corn flour- 2 Tbspn
Oil to fry
SPICE MIX:
Fennel seeds- 1 Tbspn
Cumin seeds-1 tbspn (approx)
Black pepper- 1 1/2 Tbspn
Whole red chillies-3/4
Cinnamon-1-2
Green cardamom- 3-4
Cloves_3-4
Gravy
Oil-3-4 Tbspn
Onion-1
Ginger garlic paste-1 Tbspn
Tomato-1
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 Tsp
Marinated Chicken
Spice mix
Salt to taste
Curry leaves- few
Chopped Cilantro

Today it rained all morning that prompted me to cook this delicious receipe and it turned out brutally delicious. everybody liked it and I became a kitchen star until the food disappeared.😁 it was finger licking good.
