Masaab, 15, is a Group 6 student undergoing leadership training at Alsama to become an Assistant Coach. He has been playing cricket with us for last 3 years and training for 2 of these. He has to pass a leadership test before he can qualify as Assistant Coach. This month he sat the test again after being unsatisfied with his performance last year. Guess what? His whole year of hard work paid off and he scored the highest! His goal is to become an international cricket player and he is working towards it!
