Ingredients -
(Serves - 2 People)
- 4 Chicken Wings
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 cup Schezwan Sauce
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 3 Tbsp Sring onion bulb and greens (finely chopped)
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- 1/8 cup Water
- Oil for frying

Chicken lollipop is an hors d'oeuvre popular in Indo-Chinese cuisine. Chicken lollipop is, essentially a frenched chicken winglet, wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance. It is usually served hot with Szechuan sauce.

Hello Chef. I simply adore your recipes. I will try this one tommorow and I am sure it will taste good. The only tweak that I have done here is marinating the raw chicken with a dash of salt, ginger garlic paste and coarse Kashmiri chilli paste. Will then dust it with a dry coat of all purpose flour. Dip it in the Masala Lollipop dip and deep fry it. I would skip the gg paste in the masala dip. I love the even crispy coat that the dusting would give.
