1 cup oil 2 onion golden brown and remove half Add 2 bay leaves 3-4 cinnamon pieces 4 hari ilaichi 7-8 cloves 10-12 black pepper 1 tbsp jeera Saute little Add 800 gm mutton and roast After it changes color Add 2tbsp ginger garlic paste Roast little Add spices powders 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 1/2 tsp red chilli 3 tsp coriander 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp garam masala 1 1/2 tsp fennel powder 2 tsp salt Mix all on medium flame roast 1/2 cup whisked dahi on high flame 4-5 min roast Add 2 cup water, cover 45 min in normal or 4-5 whistle in cooker Then add 8-10 green chilli 3 medium size tomato Cook on high heat till tomato mushy Add rice Add 4 katori water and check salt Mix n boil Cover lid 7-8 min add kewra water color mixture or put onion else cook more 5 min and then turn off flame and rest 15 min on closed lid
