INGREDIENTS:
* All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 300 grams/2.5 cup
* Sugar (चीनी) - 2 spoon
* Milk powder (दूध का पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
* Salt (नमक) - 1/4 tsp
* Lukewarm water (गुनगुना पानी) - 1/2 cup
* Dry yeast (खमीर) - 2.5 tbsp
* Oil (तेल) - 2 spoon
* Butter (बटर) - 2-2.5 spoon
* Garlic (लहसुन) - 2 spoon
* Chili flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)

RECIPE:
Take some All-Purpose Flour, put Milk Powder & Salt in it.
Take some Lukewarm Water, put Sugar Powder, Dry Yeast & Salt. Mix them. Put the mixture in All Purpose Flour & bind a sticky dough. Apply Oil & cover it with a cloth or with a plate. Keep it for 2 hours.
Then take some All-Purpose Flour in your hands & punch the dough. Knead it for 5-6 mins by dusting All Purpose Flour & apply Oil on it.
Divide it into 2 parts & roll them.
Take some Butter, add grated Garlic, Salt & Chili Flakes in it. Apply the Garlic Butter on the rolled dough, garnish some Coriander Leaves & roll them. Pack them properly & cut them in pieces. Grease the baking tray & tin & also dust some All-Purpose Flour. Put the Buns in them. Cover them with Clean Wrap & keep them aside for an hour.
Then apply Milk, put Chili Flakes & garnish Coriander Leaves on them.
Bake them in a preheated Cooker & Oven.
For baking in the cooker, put a stand, remove the whistle & rubber from its lid & put the tin. Bake the Buns for 16-17 mins.
For baking in the oven, turn on both rods & put the tray in the middle rack then bake the Buns at 180 degrees for 10-12 mins.
For baking in the microwave, bake the buns at 180 degrees in the lower rack.
In this way, Bakery Style Buns will get ready.
