@@miklyways I used to subscribe to this stuff in middle school when I was a hormonal teenage boy but now it's just pussy shit for insecure men to look at. As a man I have realized real masculinity comes from being kind, gentle, patient, strong, and wise it's hard for men with testosterone to be those things men are told by other men you should fall slave to your hormones and be impatient, be selfish and if someone insults you instead of being the bigger man and brushing it off you're told to "take your man card back" if you fall slave to your hormones like that why are men the ones telling women they're emotional on their periods when men straight up will be hormonal 24/7. I'm not an anti man feminist or anything but the internet and incel culture has ruined what it means to be a man

I always had this theory of what masculinity really is. As I see it every side will have their idea of it, but ultimately they will shoot the other side down. I propose this, to ask every side what their idea of what masculinity is and see what motives repeat. Here's what I found, A true man is: -Either socialy or ecconomically competent -never a pushover -a great friend to relly on -doesn't breakdown in tough situations

@@BuddethEdits i saw taxi driver, american psycho and drive. Bateman is not a fucking example, the way he behaves is just a mask to hide the monster he is. Taxi driver is a man with good values, but still he is very troubled in his mind and ends up getting crazier each day and one day he starts to kill (you could say for a good reason, but killing is killing). And Drive he is probably the most balanced guy out of the three with good morals and values aswell but he is as the others a criminal or thug. I think that there are many examples of good men who embrace masculinity the right way: like desmond doss (hacksaw ridge), Chris Gadner (the pursuit of happiness), kobe bryant, niki lauda and so on...

I see what you're getting at mate, I only have the intent of making a nice looking video, the message of masculinity isn't really the purpose of this video. The clips are used because they're cool, very good cinematography and popular. Videos like mine and some others may not always be about the message. It's nice to see different communities watching my video for different reasons though.

Now watching it and thinking that I watched motivation videos to much. Meanwhile I have tried too little. I wish I could follow the masculinity principles and find that one that I never had. No need to be millionaire or something, just give me the girl to feel like a man. And then I will try my best to make her feel like the happiest woman on earth

Thanks for your support and advises. Didn't expect so many while I have been writing it drunk. I am actually quite enjoying my life. After many sad periods I always try to become stronger and understand more about life and myself. However years go by and I don't feel significant progress. It kills my already low self confidence. Ability to find a girlfriend seems like the best thing to overcome it. First of all because of natural needs. Also pressure from relatives getting more and more annoying. And most important living in a social world where couples are just the main part of the society. Like going to some places alone and seeing all the other people together makes me feel inferior deep inside (btw I am from eastern Europe).

I wouldn't uphold Travis Bicke and Patrick Bateman as paragons of Masculinity... They're Psychopaths... Both of them are literally American Psychopaths... But seriously, there are so many other better characters that both actors have played that represent the best of masculine behavior. These 2 are the worst and don't deserve to be glorified. They're entertaining to watch in their films but their characters lifestyles are not meant to be emulated or respected.

The masculine parts of these characters are when they are not insane and murdering people. Come on, the films have an outer message that you realise when you think deeper about the actions the characters make. For example, Patrick Bateman is normal within society and interacts with most people as if he's a strong masculine male, successful and is "the dream man" yet behind closed doors he is a psychopath and kills people. I don't think that murdering people is masculine. My message was that despite these characters rough persona they act very masculine outside of their murdering scenes.
