Thank goodness she was decent and did dob him in. imagine that poor guy doing the time in his place. Violent criminals don't deserve protection, especially at the expense of others. Also if he was willing to threaten complete strangers I wouldn't put it past him to be violent and threatening in other settings. She was morally right. I really don't understand how that could be a bad thing.

That's only how the popo said it. She might be questioned by them about it and the dude did look like her son so she might have said could be. You can imagine the mom in complete shock when she heard about it. Either way I don't get why all the reporters and popo had to keep repeating it and they have potentially ruined the relationship between the guy and his mom.

This is ridiculous! How many ppl look like someone else - A lot of ppl have been mistaken for someone else - even without shades a hoodie and contacts - Most ppl I know look like someone else - I have been told I look like so many ppl - No way should eyewitness identification be the sole means of determining guilt!!?? Actually to me he looks like the very popular talk radio guy - "Charlemagne" - btw I don't believe the guy's mother said the bank robber IS her son - who doesn't know that most ppl have at least 1 somebody who looks like you - operative word "looks" - give me more evidence - Come on!

I had a scare about four years ago. I get a call from my old boss one morning asking me if I saw the news. I replied I didn't. He told me to watch this story about credit card skimmers that I was in the story. I watched it online and almost fainted. My local news had me & 2 other guys on there as suspects! All I was doing was at the drive in ATM at my bank taking out money! I had to turn myself in but nothing became of it. It was a classic case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The cops said what happened was these 2 other guys were probably there and I drove in getting mixed up in all this. I even told the cops, if I was going to do something like this, you think I would be doing it at my own bank I belong too?

When minimum wage fluctuates with cost of living, when minimum wage is calculated based upon a single income household to determine cost of living. When elitist billionaires are taxed more than those on minimum wage. The tax brackets are rigged. Minimum wage is rigged. Feminism was engineered for corporate purposes. War is manufactured to keep the soldiers busy or dead. When war ends, and only one parent needs to work to support the family, and when the majority of wealth is actually in the hands of the many (by means of a true democratic government). Only then will we see crime nearly vanish. The real robber likely had no clue this would put that man at risk.

@@stacyeandrew2 No, not all mentally Ill people should have kids especially if they are not taking their medication, coping in a positive way, and getting therapy. To say that all mentally Ill people shouldn't be allowed to have kids is absolutely ridiculous. I suffer from mental illness myself, but I'd never worry about potentially hurting my future children because my empathy would override my irrational thoughts. There would be no thoughts that would ever cross my mind such as killing, beating , hurting verbally abusing my children because I was having one of my low moods, etc. I wouldn't have to warn them of that being a possibility from me because even with my mental illness I know for a fact I would never have it in me to act in such a heartless way mentally Ill or not. I just feel really strongly about that my love is too strong, stronger than my mental illness. Id warn them of abuse in general, not say hey if I beat you call the police. They will know from a young age if anyone lays a hand on them to get help no matter who it is. I wouldn't put it in their mind that I could possibly hurt them. That's kinda scary honestly and I never want to make my kids fear me. They would be well educated on mental illness and I believe everyone should have some type of therapy. It's good to talk, even going to the gym to let out any bad energy is helpful. I'd rather do yoga with my children, paint and meditate then to scare them with my mental illness. :/ I feel only people who lack empathy are capable of truly hurting someone badly. Not all bipolar people lack empathy, not all mentally I'll people lack empathy. It truly take a different type of soul to do harm to others. I would not have kids if I wasn't able to control myself enough to have kids. No one needs to tell me I can or cant because I am a "mentally I'll person" I decide that. Of course someone who is schizophrenic may have more of a problem making those decisions to have kids or not, but still it doesn't mean that they will never be able to live a halfway normal life. I think having kids with this particular mental illnesses can be quite devastating especially if your mental illness makes you lose all control and become delusional, hallucinate, etc. Then in that case most defintely not, don't have children and yes other should step in and say no; You are too unstable to have kids. There should be more mental illness awareness and help for people who suffer from it. More help for the families as well. This is just my opinion but I respect that you educate your kids and let them know if anyone were to hurt them even you, that they need to call 911. I just feel from seeing your comments that you didn't need to neccesarily tell your kids "if mommy killed someone call the police on me." That's more of a fear that you have, a paranoid fear that you could do something and so you felt the need to let them know. I believe that only creates more fear to have a child possibly think you could kill. I also believe telling your kids that actually shows you have a lot empathy and were so worried that you could possibly do something bad but you wouldn't or you wouldnt have said that to them. Evil people have no remorse, they dont worry about hurting others. You are good Stacey. Bless your heart and your family hun sending you lots of love and positivity💕

For those saying “what kind of mother assumes her son would do this?” Uh .. she saw her son’s face on video, what was she supposed to think? “Son I see you on video but you say your innocent so imma just believe you” nah

just because your parents raised you doesn't mean they know every single thing about you. My parents don't know I smoke weed in the house and have been doing so for years. some things children will hide from their parents. some things I talk to with friends I can't talk to with parents.

@@vice2versa you misunderstood my comment hun. I meant like knowing your child far as face body features, example if you had a mole by your nose or a scar by your chin etc. Because we all have a twin somewhere in the world even tho this time it was a mask smh but knowing your child, she could have looked a little closer or invested that it wasnt her child before she just decide to give her child up is all I meant. 😁 also having a relationship with God and been given the spirit of discernment could have helped too. Do you know Jesus? I would love to share him with you if you don't 😁.

@@beloved549 If he had any strong identifiable traits like a scar or mole, she might have noticed but he didn't really have any of that. every trait the guy had was also on the mask. I agree the mother should have investigated a little more before giving him up although we don't know all that she did or thought at the time so ill give her the benefit of the doubt before knowing the whole story. Yes I was raised in the church :)
