2 tbsp of Coconut oil
2 cups of water
I medium size of onion
1 shrimp cube
4 eggs
1/2 of Tomato
1/2 of onion
1 Canned mackerel
a pinch of salt

My dad was the one who introduced me to cooking rice and wheat together. I haven't had some in a very long time. You've reminded me. I'll make some this week p333 Edit: I thought you will add rice oo. Wow wow wow. Very nutritious
