Don't see much of his voice actor anymore. Kinda came and went during the mid 2000's to the early 2010's. Shame really; he had a great voice and good range.

@@oneblacksun He does a lot of bit parts and smaller NPCs, which is both sad as a great voice and great because we can still hear him! He appears a lot as wandering NPCs in fallout 4 for example and I've heard him pretty recently as a few NPCs but cant remember the game.

Like he will finish it anytime soon.. hhhaa

Had the pleasure of meeting Steve Blum while on my honeymoon in 2015. My wife and I are both huge Mass Effect fans, and even incorporated it into our wedding theme. He congratulated us in Grunt's voice, but sadly neither of us thought to record it. His was also our first Mass Effect autogragh. We have since added FemShep, Liara, and Patriarch/Urdnot Wrev to out collection.

I can agree with this. Tali is best waifu No Shepard without Vakarian Mordin Solus, by far the most interesting character to chat with And Thane Krios. The man on his death bed who did everything he could for his son, and trusted Shepard with his life, gaining the only true friend he ever had in his life. And in the end he got his wish. His son was safe, and he was forgiven. With his best friend by his side.

I love that. Shows how good the character is when groans from an audience mean more than cheers would ya know... It means they felt something real for an unreal character. I find that pretty cool and a testament to the writing and art and everything good about ME2

Thane was my favourite too. If he wasn't in the final throws of his disease, he'd of flattened Kai Leng ;) It's a shame he and Mordin weren't able to attend the party for the Citadel DLC. Mordin would've been a legendary drink mixologist and Thane would've been the only one to accurately remember what happened that night.

And then the VA goes on to play Kellog in Fallout 4, so I go from not wanting his character to die to wanting to blow his character's head off.

Technically, as a thematic story element, the inevitability of death is everywhere in the Mass Effect trilogy. But personally, I think the case could be made that Thane's character arc is about redemption. Kepral's Syndrome just provides a reason for Thane to seek redemption sooner rather than later.

​@@Firan25 well I did everyone's loyalty except for tali's, Thane's, and then Legion's after the IFF mission. Then got to do two more before the crew got kidnapped by collectors. So I don't know what to tell you either... except that I don't like Thane that much. I mean, yeah. In case it wasn't clear, I do know it is possible to save Thane and Kelly on a playthrough.

@@fryfry377 I did every loyalty and side mission before doing IFF. I think legions is literally the final one you do after the IFF mission before heading to the suicide mission.
