Hi - welcome to this weeks mass making workshop. This week, join me to make these file folder ephemera pieces for your junk journals. They can be used and adapted to many different styles of ephemera, just have fun with them! Hi Tina, I love these and I love, love, love the street signs. I’ll be buying them in about 2 weeks. And if I don’t comment too much in the next two weeks, there’s a reason. It’s so exciting. Our son and his wife are in the hospital as I text. She’s in labor with their first baby. We are heading down to Florida tomorrow morning (an 18 hour car trip for us) to spend 10 days with them. This is our 17th Grandbaby and it never gets old. Today I’m packing up the truck and getting ready to go. I’ll watch whenever I can down there. Hugs 🤗

Oh my gosh Linda, how exciting!!!! Typing this in real time as your son and his wife are actually at the hospital is just awesome!!!! Wow, you have a fantastic excuse for not being able to craft for the next couple of weeks. I hope you have a safe drive there, and that all goes well with the new baby, congratulations to you all. We have had 2 major chain theaters that are permanently closing the doors. The grandkids are very upset. Love to hear your chats. Makes things better for a while. It's a sad world right now and it's nice to forget for a bit. Thanks!♥️🇺🇸

Oh that is sad, I hope the theatres open again, sometimes these things start out temporary and then never return. It’s definitely a sad world right now, thank heavens we have our crafting community on here for a bit of a relief x

Good Morning Tina 🌞 I have been MIA this past couple of days.. I really like these file folders, I may make some today... Sorry about your cinemas being closed it's the same for me as well.. I watch Amazon Prime and have Netflix and Britbox, so I'm sure to find something to entertain me 🤭 So proud of you for tidying up you craft room and following it up into other areas of your home... Tupperware cabinet is my problem as well... You need to wear a hard hat when you open the door, never know what's going to fall out! Hi Tina, I love these file folders, all your makes turn out amazing and your papers are so pretty. I haven’t ever made any file folders without a template but you have inspired me to give it a go. I shy away from anything measured........ not my strong point. I love the movies and went regularly with my sister and niece but now due to my husband’s poor health, I can’t leave alone now. So we do rely on movies on TV , we have Amazon Prime movies.

I watched this yesterday and love it. Then I had a thought - using ribbon or lace or scrap fabric would make cute tabs, too. You just never have too much lace or ribbon. 😉💕🦋

Hi Tina, Loving your file folder pockets and your new papers and your vintage street names/lamp posts are just Awesome and I had to get them, all printed and ready to go(just need to find the time lol) So sorry to hear that you're all still facing restrictions and may face more! In my part of Aust everything is pretty much back to normal but we live on a property in the middle of nowhere and I don't venture into the city very often lol but our little county town still abides all the social distancing in shops and such! I saw ArtyMaze's video too and yes, I was shocked to see all the stuff but I think it is so cool that even in that mess, she knows where everything is! She has a ton of stuff and there is no way that she needs anything except more storage, haha... I love her watching her videos and what she makes...I know I could never have that much because in my small room I'd be climbing over it all to get around! I'm looking forward to Tidy Friday this week... :) Talking about movies.. I am also a big Rocky fan.. I have watched them over and over. In my family, we are also The Walking Dead and Fear of the Walking Dead series...My daughter, her hubby and me are in front of the TV every Sunday night when these two are on...and I never liked zombie films until The Walking Dead. Love the file folded but I love everything you make! I didn't know it was your hubby's birthday, tell him a late Happy Late Birthday for me...

Thank you for the great idea to use up some of the cut-offs from my papers--they're the perfect size. We're also having another semi-lockdown in Toronto (cinemas, gyms, indoor dining, etc). Yes it sucks but better safe than a statistic. I'm willing to sacrifice a year or two of my life for the safety of others. On a brighter note, looking forward to tidy Friday!

I cut up old handbags and wash the leather or whatever they're made of, and then you can use the scraps on projects, tags, or journal embellishments.

I rarely go to the movies and I have way too much utube videos to watch. I don't know when we started to watch Shark tank while we eat dinner every night. It is just starting to get cooler at night now so tommorrow we are having chili beans and corn bread for dinner. ❤

Such cute file folders! --I saw Andrea’s video, too, and loved her husband’s sense of humor. My husband teases me about MY craft mess so much I had to show the video to him-“See,” I said, “She’s a wonderful artist and even she struggles to balance tidying with creating!” 😊 (For me, if I’m honest, it’s just more fun to make things than to clean up!) --- We, too, are a movie loving family and have missed not going to the cinema since the pandemic started. We have been watching Netflix and Prime and binge watching good tv series when we find them. We just finished Grimm. It’s a good sci-fi series for those who like that genre. We’re now trying to find the next series to watch! (Have to have something to watch while fussy-cutting!) Thanks for your artistry and such fun conversation! ❤️

These are so cute. I can't wait until you decorate and use them. Amazon prime is the movie's I watch . They come free with prime. And Netflix is just not worth paying for when I get tons of free tv shows and movies from Amazon. 💞 Thanksgiving and Christmas is not an issue for our family there's only 8 of us left. They are trying to evict me because I sprayed some mold with stuff to kill it. I have asked and asked for them to do something about it. So who knows what the next few weeks hold in store for me .

@@shabbydabbydoodah When my niece was younger she was a Netflix Nut. I want to watch Netflix Please Please Aunt Susan Please. So I would have it cut back on so she could watch it. I have to admit that it does have some good shows on it, but Prime TV and music and 2 backup apps are nice as well. And I am Disabled so I just had to snap a picture of what they asked for and I pay a lower rate for prime.

I did that with a doll collection I had in boxes. I say collection but it’s 6 dolls but very good ones. Well I thought keeping them in the original boxes would mean no harm would be done. However 🙄 there was one that was not porcelain and when I took it out of the box her poor arms and legs had come away from her body because they were held to the body with elastic bands. . Lesson learned
