Thank you sweetheart of Jesus thank you Jesus for me to be a Christian catholic and time celebrating 🥳 high mass of your precious passion , from my head to under my feet.holy lord God Almighty what a great 👍 love for allowing your only begotten son to died for our iniquities still our hearts is far from the light 💡 Jesus Christ . How come, none of your holy images are covered? Don't you cover them until Easter Midnight Mass? This is a little strange, no?

They aren't covered because of the new order passed in the church almost 50 years ago. It took away many traditional things in the mass, this included. There are, however, still parishes that practice covering holy images. This is just not one of them. I agree. It is strange.

@@AnonymousAnonymous-pb4vq Yeah, It's weird. I see all sorts of 'Catholic' masses online due to COVID but they aren't doing Catholic things... I stopped going to Novus Ordo 20 years ago, so it's weird seeing all the things that are different or missing...

@s g you must not be Catholic then... or you're just a modernist, whom Pope Saint Pius X warned the Church about. EVERY REAL CATHOLIC knows you cover your holy images during Passion week...i dare you to type this in your KZfaq search. But you won't because you're way to full of pride... "why we cover statues during passion week"
