Thanks for the video! Correction: MALDI do not require fragmentation. In fact, MALDI is a softer ionisation technique as it doesn't require heating!

Nice video! Thanks...While one thing may need to be noticed, according to my lecturer and wiki, the MALDI technique is also a 'soft' ionisation.
