love your videos! I'd not seen this method before. Do you think you could use this in the Service Cloud to mass update schedules so no work is allocated on certain days eg bank holidays?

Thanks! It should work regardless of what cloud you are in. However, in your specific case of trying to use it for allocating work it would depend on how it’s set up. You’d likely want to use the holiday feature for that.

Is it safe to use workbench for salesforce? Will it not save my login credentials in salesforce?

It is safe to use and will not save any information including credentials. It’s an unofficial product of salesforce. They say to use at own risk because it can do some pretty powerful changes to code (when using code features). Personally, I only use it for data like in the tutorial and have never had any issues!
