Just started with unreal engine 5weeks ago and bought the pack but when i wanna place the assets they miss the textures and materials can some1 help me out? Also when i open the materials they grey out

How do we add the coupon? There is no coupon field on the payment form. EDIT: never mind it’s at the very bottom of the checkout form. What an odd place to put it in. Totally missed that

Is this sale for codes to use on unreal marketplace or will I need to go to the gumroad site and download all the assets I want from there everytime?

If they give you the codes on Unreal, then they have to advise by the Unreal marketplace TOS, which excludes charging you extra for not fitting the asset company's definition of an indie dev. I don't touch their stuff because I don't want to pay extra for having collaboration on a project I might end up wanting to sell.

@Skaro1412 they have terms that you should read through for the type of license you get. If your project doesn't qualify for the terms, you are potentially going to get into some trouble. Unreal Marketplace doesn't allow them to make complicated terms like this for versions of the assets that are from the Marketplace. In fact, Unreal has a very consumer friendly set of terms that they force asset sellers to agree to just generally that prevent them from disallowing cost free collaboration as an example.

@@BlueCollarDev so from my understanding you prefer to buy from the UE marketplace because the tos makes it more user friendly for consumers for commercial licensing right? Because that's what I thought and also why I don't like using assets outside of UE market unless I get customs or specific assets for commercial use.

Yep, all assets for Unreal Engine on the marketplace are legally allowed to be used commercially in games providing you use Unreal for the game.
