Interesting, they say to do a good steak it would be expensive...duh. That's a pretty big roast. Looks pretty good too! Could you at least make it not so tough though. Another great win for you!!!

she’s stated in previous videos she doesn’t like it too rare so it’s likely it’ll come out tough with the way its cooked

If that was a brisket it should be slow cooked in liquids like beef stock and red wine over night or smoked for at least 12 hours….. I work in a smoke house and brisket isn’t supposed to be prepared like steak at all

trouble with steak challenge is it's easy for them to sabotage it ..that steak looked as tough as an old boot ..eating the table would have been easier ...lol..

An 80 ounce steak may be expensive however in my opinion if they say its a steak challenge it should be a steak not this tough looking roast...Even if they made a few different steaks to equal 80 ounces that would probably have been better. I feel sorry for Rainas jaws gnawing on that log

i would have never done this type of challenge in akron there are no really good places to eat there i would have left after giving me that i cant believe they would serve that to her or anyone but raina took it like a champ and i agree a few actual steaks would have been better then that mess they gave her

When someone says “steak” challenge, it should be steak! Although it wasn’t, they should have at the very least prepared it correctly! I would have also been disappointed. I’m disappointed just watching! And then….. 😡… that hard as a rock bread!! That place sucks!! Great job to you!! Always Amazing!! ❤️

Raina this is my home town and main street saloon is usually a pretty happening place on weekends it's usually alot of bikers I have some family that hangs out there but honestly I think seeing how tough that roast was I probably would have left that was so tough and can tell you had a hard time eating it but yes u were being polite as usual your so humble take care and akron y'all had one job to do and ya failed lol 😂

That's a Roast that needed to be slow roasted in it's Juices for 2+ Hours to be Tender enough to eat! Plus a Knife and slicing thin would have helped!
