In today's video we check out this massive abandoned mall that's frozen in the 80s. This mall has many cool features to it. I'll be the second person to show you what the mall used to look like. Very interesting to watch. I loved the mall as a teenager, this is like stepping back in time. My question is why don't they ever bulldoze these abandon malls down? Some still sit there with the power on.

Great video. I’ve watched so many of these videos of abandoned and dead malls across the country. Even the one I grew up in is now dead. It’s the end of an era, and if you’ve lived long enough to know what it was once like and what it is now-it’s heartbreaking. I’m a Gen Xer, so I practically grew up going to the malls in my area. They were the cultural and social hub for teenagers throughout the 70s and 80s. It’s a shame that they can’t/won’t repurpose these places. So much waste. There’s tons of equipment that was left behind that could be repurposed in this mall alone.😢

What is sad is the building is still in good condition they could make affordable housing or office complexes out of the stores with affordable rent instead let it rot and demolish it and add more this to the land fills

Most malls didn't die until around 2010, they're stuck in 2000 not the 80's.

Yea but most malls were not updated since the 80s they were struggling slowly at first then suddenly all at once. So there was no real time and money to update the styles of these malls.

Hand prints on the mirror. Great video but need to urbex with a woman who has a nice camera. Our spots were an abandoned Masonic lodge and Richmond Mall in NE Ohio.
