You guys have been requesting a snack review video, so we went to Costco and reviewed every single snack they had! When it comes to healthy snacks, I am looking for low sugar, quality ingredients, and heart healthy oils. Too many of these snacks from Costco have highly processed canola or soybean oil in them and high high amounts of refined sugar. I love these siete chips because they are cooked with avocado oil, and kudos to the Costco kirkland protein bars that use stevia as the sweetener. Make sure to read the ingredients, not just what's printed on the front of the package. I hope you guys enjoy this massive Costco haul of snacks, let me know what you want to see next. I absolutely love these videos. I haven’t seen anyone else on KZfaq that is so thorough with grocery store hauls and do/don’t at the grocery store. It is awesome!!!! Can’t wait to go to Costco and get some of these healthier options.

Great video! Could you please do one on premixed protein shakes/meal replacements? I know 97% are pure garbage but I'm trying to find a good one for my mother she is 83. Having a hard time getting her to eat more but I need a decent "meal replacement". I know homemade smoothies are best but she's pretty picky.

@@tngardener231 I saw that video. Actually, I think after all the discussion on Lara he only ended up approving the Lara product Lara Kids Cookies (which look like a small bar and I believe come 6 to a box). 3 flavors: chocolate chip, brownie, and cinnamon.

I use raw, organic *bee pollen* as my multi vitamin! Eat 1-2 kernels first and wait 30-60 mins. to see if you're allergic, if anyone out there is, be cautious.

Sam's Organic game is still very weak. I have memberships at both and can tell you, Costco is definitely where it's at for healthier options. Sam's is mostly about bulk, they don't seem to care about their customers health.
