Having less brings me some kind of inner peace. I set a goal of no buy this year and using my non preferred ones first. Sticking to it make me feel at ease. I hate seeing perfumes just sitting on the shelf collecting dust 😂

I found my collection growing because I found cheap ones at TJMaxx and regretting it or buying body mists and cheap dupes. Eventually trying to buy a collection of cheap ones because I feel like the better ones are too expensive just adds up to a bottle of Parfums De Marly Delina which I should've just gotten in the first place! Also, I'm a single pringle and keep thinking maybe this next perfume is the magic love potion to get a head turner and compliment and date ha

The Givenchy Play bottles are so cool and of their time. I never had one but I love how they look like an old ipod or cell phone of the time. I enjoy a declutter - it is always necessary to move things on as our collections expand.

They say YSL's Elle smells similar to CD's midnight poison. Well I compared them n to my nose I didn't get dt vibe. I strongly think YSL's Cinema smells more similar to midnight poison, d scent may b lighter but to me it's a better preference than Elle.

Pendora Paris Scents has a dupe for Midnight Poison. I've seen it on Amazon but the seller had a horrible rating. But I'm sure it's being sold somewhere else.

I’m too convinced that perfumes I don’t like will somehow magically macerate into something wonderful.. sooo, I can’t bring myself to let go..of anything. And darn it, Macy’s just had the Christian Siriano on sale! Had no idea it was similar to Baccarat..which I’ve yet to smell ( just bought a sample from your shop! ) so when I get it I’ll decide whether or not I should be upset lol! Ps. My daughter’s name sounds just like NM’s perfume except hers is spelled Anica.

So I have a question, firstly I love all the information you give on fragrance. I usually purchase from Macys or Nordstrom. My recent was YSL Libre and upon opening I could smell the scent through the box and the bottle sprayed fully on first try. So I’m wondering could it have been a return? What are your thoughts?

Was there cellophane on the box? If not, it is extremely likely that it was previous tampered with (whether returned or someone had just opened it in store). Whenever a bottle sprays right away, it has been sprayed previously

@@TheScentedyes there was cellophane but it was opened a bit. Also the scent dissipates completely on skin after a very short while. I had read quite a few reviews, “on lowest first this time”and was surprised on how many felt the same way about no longevity at all. Could it have been reformulated? It’s a shame because I do love the scent , the price just doesn’t justify the quality. Thankfully I can return it. I think I’ll try Dior Addict, and hope it has better longevity. Seems a lot of fragrance houses are cutting corners. Kayali vanilla lasts so much longer .

The band Rammstein has started releasing fragrances (if you know anything about Rammstein you will understand why this is very unexpected lol). Would you consider reviewing some of those? I'm so interested, but also afraid. 😂

Maybe just check the RECENT news on Rammstein singer first? Multiple accusations on sexual misconduct and now animal abuse? Thanks, no thanks.
