There's an low chance of a typhoon forming in July 12-18, i think there will be an invest just forming north of palau or somewhere near Samar.

We're spending a few days in Taipei from Luzon and the weather here yesterday was hot and sunny with few clouds. In fact, we haven't seen any rainfall here in the 4 days we've been here.

So what does it mean when the Philippines is hit by a typhoon by that logic? I just want to remind you as I said in this video weather does not care about borders. Nor do the average people being hit by this tornado have influence in the government.
