Is eyeballing fast moves a semi viable strat if you don't know the counts? Throwing near the end of your opponents moves to be more specific.

Yep, throwing based on animations can work - just have to hope the visuals are accurate if you do it

they are the second best timings to throw on, if optimal timing isn't an option due to them knocking you out first
