Your bedroom turned out so beautifully. Very cozy and peaceful. I especially love your new dresser! I love the color of the original wood finish. I am starting to really go back to enjoying the unpainted wood pieces of vintage dressers, tables and chairs. I think it really warms up the room and gives it texture and dimension.

The choice of that green on the top part of the walls was perfect! The green and white, along with the natural wood tones, is so beautiful. I love that the bedspread has that beautiful texture to it and the ceiling fixture is to die for. Excellent choices, all the way around!

Your kitty is really growing! When Bonnie was on the bed, her little face was so precious the way she was looking at you! Your bedroom turned out so good, and lucky you to get a new mattress!! Be still my heart.... I wanted to add.....when you were talking about scratches to your dresser I wanted to tell you that at Dollar Tree they have a set of markers to cover scratches in wood. I'm telling you, THEY WORK!! Ive used them many times, and they are just amazing. A friend of mine called me in a panic a few weeks ago; she had scratched their beautiful wood floors moving a piece of furniture, and it was big.... REALLY BIG!! Her husband would have been pretty PO'd if he saw it, so I came over & brought my trusty markers, and now you can hardly tell where it was! Anyway, I have wood floors, so I keep a set of them on hand. Thought you might want to try them sometime since you have a lot of wood pieces in your home.

I got a beautiful french coffee table with gorgeous legs off Craig's list for $40. I had wanted one similar for a few years but it was $300. The top had some scratches. It has a beautiful parquet wood pattern on the top. I got markers at Lowes. I covered all the scratches then used the Olde English scratch cover on it also. It is the darker one made for covering scratches. It looked much darker than my mid color table. However, it just covered little nicks and enriched the color. It did not change it. The table is so pretty now. I did wipe it down good and let it sit a few days before using it. It is my dream table looking like new on a budget. I used this method many times over the years.

I like that green color very much. It ties your master bed and bath together now. I think the top was a good choice. You now have that neutral bottom and can change the top up with much less effort as you refresh over time. I like the entire room and the light fixture adds a perfect touch.

Everything looks really nice! It’s amazing how much a few little things like paint, a little knob and a few accessories can do…and I love finding older pieces of furniture and giving them a new chance to be used. They are so much better than anything else you can find in the big stores, when you are watching your budget…and it’s hard to find real wood anymore, unless you really pay for it…love a good deal!

Hello Stephanie ~ I LOVE IT ! Love the bed placement, the lighter color on the wall ( but I did love that black accent ❤️) How cute is that light. I think we may have all at one time or another had a bare light bulb hanging or a missing door knob, and YES plywood floors ! We do what we can when we can! Amen!!! My kitties think I order boxes just for them! Especially the Chewy Box !!! They are long and my Maine Coon Cats can stretch out and still be in a box ! LOL!!! Silly kitties! This time while watching I really paid attention more clearly. I do like the REFRESH from the paint color and the extras that you put into your room! You’ve done an excellent job all through your home; wish you could leave pointers on making a room feel homey and lived in. We just relocated about 6 months ago to Tennessee from Vermont. You have touched my heart by sticking up to those things you know ring true of your heart and move in that direction without hurrying up the buying process. Wow! Bedroom looks great!!!! I love the look of natural woods too!! Older pieces of furniture were made so much better and there was pride in craftsmanship!! Hard to find in the newer furniture these days!😊❤️

Stephanie, you know I loved your thumb nail, because a certain sweet little peanut was sitting smack dab in the center! Thank you for featuring Bonnie through out this video, can't get enough of her sweet face! The green was a good choice, it is a good color for a bedroom, putting it on top another good choice, it keeps the room looking bigger than if put on bottom of the wall. The bedroom turned out very pretty, everything you did from the new pictures, ceiling light and other pieces made the room great! Would have been fun to end with Timmy laying in the middle of the bed admiring the refreshed bedroom! Great Job Girl! Hope you both enjoy your "new" bedroom it turned out beautiful!
