Great! For amatrurs, padel=desconnection: it is easy practice without conscience effort. The mainly difgicult is try to explain to the desconnected brains...

Gabo lol... you should know that for many people, the easiest shots can be very difficult to do. Many people have a hard time with those basic shots... keeping the core tight, short preparation, rotatiting the shoulders, bending knees, hiting the ball in front of the body, following trough. It is very hard for some to just replicate the movements even without hitting on a ball. So when you add a ball and they also have to move, it is even more hard. Many things to think about for those who don't have that "touch". Saludo!

You are right, it is not easy but we as coaches can see the difference between players that make the mental effort to focus on the simple stuff and improving faster that those that are not willing to do the mental work. Thank you for your feedback and hope to meet you in person.
