Man respect for that boy P. That man made it out the ghetto and brought his whole family out, put them in the rap game AND saved a lot more dudes from the streets by hiring them to rap on the Tank. Say bruh, this man is creative, wise, talented and a straight business man. The boy went from selling dimes & quarter bags to CDs to being a gold selling artist to a platinum selling artist to a millionaire and by now the boy should be dang near a billionaire. You gotta respect a man like that whether you like him or don't like his music. 💯💯💯

He's had his brother locked up for life, didn't have his parents to guide him through his youth and then come out learning from his mistakes and growing into a successful artist, that's what makes P who he is. One of the truest people you will ever meet. That's why everyone respect P. He's dat dude!

NO rappers were ever in Wall Street Journal, XXL Magazine, Fortune magazine, etc. before Master P got there. Can you imagine a gold mouth southern rapper turning the world on its head to become the richest hip hop ANYTHING in the game????? None the less all this happening in the mid 90's. Two words....slept on. Now his newest music.....ummm, I will just stay in the past ;)

This video gives you the reason behind the Baby & Master P beef years ago. The murder of Randall Watts was suspected to be by or called for by Baby's half brother Gangsta. There's a video of Master P here on KZfaq explaining that No Limit & Cash Money never worked together because of a murder in his neighborhood where the killer was suspected of being from the Magnolia Projects. The Randall Watts murder is what P was talking about. The streets talk. Still Baby & Gangsta tried to approach Master P about working together despite what was being said in the streets. This was before Cash Money signed their deal with Universal Records in 1998, they were still local artists then. Baby ended getting slapped in the face by P. Both had guns pulled on them & told to kick rocks. That sparked animosity begin both camps. It came to a head again after Cash Money signed their deal. The two camps crossed paths in a club in New Orleans. The Hot Boys were feeling themselves with their new signed deal but C-Murder wasn't impressed. He made them boys tuck their chains in. Juvie being the oldest bucked back & it he got handled for it. Don't believe it. Listen to Juvenile's verse on "Down Bottom" off of the Ruff Ryders Vol. 1. First he raps about, "you feel like warring behind your people, we feel the same ya. (Randall Watts) Baby the number #1 stunna, don't play no games ya." Then he says in another line, "lil ghetto boys with cannons ready to knock off your shit". C-Murder had a song on his Bossalinie album called Ghetto Boy. On the song U.P.T on 400 Degrees, the entire song is about the C-Murder incident at the club from Baby to all the Hot Boy verses. Gangsta is doing 240 years now for a array of charges. He was convicted in 2000. When Gangsta went to jail, Baby lost his street muscle. He too many enemies in New Orleans & didn't want it with No Limit. That's why he left for Miami not long after.

He declined a $1 million advance for am artist deal and decided to do a distribution partnership (owning masters & publishing rights which is where the real $$ is) getting $7 per album. Sold 75million records sold x $7 per album = $525 million. That's why he is dumb rich!!! No limit didn't have the best artist talent and lyrical content! I grew up on No Limit.Master P and BT&H and OutKast.Their some of the main artist that got me 2 start rappin as a kid.The music they made was legendary. All of us that came up in the 90's are a breed of their own i think. You see a hard ass young G now.You can bet $100 2 a dime he had a bad ass uncle or older brother or big homie. That was out there 4 real back then. That put them on game.Showed them the invisible lines. And ways to move right💯 You get salty or loose lipped how we came ⬆.You gonna half 2 stand behind that real soon.Ain't no apologising or sorrys gonna mend that sh!+.Was easier 2 see who was really who back then. And where everyone really stood at.There was always that fake friend sh!+ even back in the day. This new wave mastering that art of the fake homie shank you when you ain't lookin sh!+.Honor Love & Loyalty and a strong foundation.A always be worth more than 💰.Cause a family going 2 get that regardless.A pit a snakes a all turn on each other over 1 rat if they hungry enough.💯~Ace Azrael

@Flaco Guerrero that do that to scare people...enemies, potential new recruits, and the public. At the end of the day dead is dead, and murder is murder. The cartels are units, in New Orleans most everyone is grimy in the ghetto, and you wouldn't believe the reasons they kill for, or the price. Throw the cartel in New Orleans, and I bet that wouldn't take over. No MS13 IN New Orleans either, if they are there...they are covert.

Yall not from new Orleans so you people will never understand why we dont tge things we do, we dont sit around and cry when someone pass away we celebrate, we give them whatever they asked for before they passed, so for those people who saying aww this is sad what they doing with the casket you must first understand our culture
