There are so many more beautiful and much, much less expensive houses. This house seems so "cold", so sad.. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I think I couldn't feel happy inside that building. My house is my warm family "nest", in his house I'd need 3 hours just to find my wife or kids.

All because it is worth $550 million does not mean it is everyone's dream to have a house like that, even if they could afford it. The upkeep alone is a minimum five figures, if not six, per month.

It actually was finally bought for a whopping bargain of 200mill from a "luxury silent auction " and why was it finally bought for that little amount. Because my man nian here defaulted on the loans. So basically he promised a certain amount of time the home would be sold. Boy was he in over his head of trying promise a 495mill home. They had it for sale in what they called it a "luxury" auction (so corny) and they tried for 295mil. And that turned out to be way to much as well. It has gorgeous amenities and certain parts are absolutely gorgeous. But the people spoke. That house had no "home" vibes to it. Those hallways screamed high end office space to me. The average American family size of 5 plus acouple grounds, nannies, etc would put it at 7,8,9 ish people living there. 105k Sq is way too much. All that family would need is 25% of that. And even that is plenty of Sq!
