My bag that I can remember: two pairs pointe shoes, toe pads, toe tape, different tapes, bandaids, gauze, liquid bandaid, toe nail clippers, two pairs flat shoes, few wrap skirts, extra leotard, capezio overalls, dance sweater, deodorant, hair kit (hair pins, hair brush, comb, hair spray, gel, pony tails, hair nets, some little hair flower things, squirt bottle) um foot booties for warmups, Sewing kit Foam roller Theraband Tennis ball Extra tights Icy hot/bengay stuff Toothache pain relief gel I’d use on my toenails Body mist Lighter I’m sure I’m missing stuff this is off the top of my head!!

Cute video. I didn’t see any knee pads. A pair in your bag is essential. Really helps with rehearsal, and saves your knees for later in life when dance is over.

It’s really cool to see what is in your dance bags! Thanks for sharing! I’m a female martial arts student with almost 5 years of training. I’m in multiple years of black belt 🥋 prep. My bag has: 4 Philippine escrema ( arm length fighting sticks ) 1 pair sparring gloves 1 pair sparring padded shoes 1 sparring padded helmet 2 Sai ( Japanese Police self defense batons that look like medium size swords/dagger but blunt) 1 yoga stretching strap 1 sports towel 2 kicking target mitts 1 6ft Bo( Staff ) for self defense, sparring, and Katas ( like ballet routine steps broken down to make a complete multi step dance as a whole. ) Just a thought: since both martial arts students and ballet students are super strong & flexible….. It would be cool to see how each other did trying the other persons sport/art ! I think ballet students would make FABULOUS martial arts people! The strength, balance, flexibility….. would be a fierce warrior & a match made in heaven! 😊❤
