great content i bought one of these and the problem i have with it is not being able to reach 200 or 220 degrees. It may be down to no control of airflow in the charcoal tray. Saw one video a guy used a fan to increase airflow its a quick fix instead of having to drill holes in the charcoal pan and causing the product to rush faster (outdoor smoker)

I’m actually going to try something here once it’s stopped raining. I plan to dig a shallow pit and sit the smoker down in it and leave just an air intake hole for the charcoal and see how that goes.

I got one today at Lowes , a display model with a broken lid handle, fore 20 bucks! Marked down from 69 dollars and change.
