Pike Push-up is similar to an ordinary Push-up, but the difference is that shoulder muscles are trained the most in this training. One day, to master the Handstand Push-up that everyone admires, Pike Push-up is one of many training options that I really recommend you to do.
Particularly, Pike Push-up is a great way to develop a skill set that enables you to stabilize your shoulders, but I don't recommend this for those who have shoulder or elbow injuries.
Since rehabilitation therapy or conditioning focuses on different value, so please proceed with caution.
