@dny Hi thanx for dropping by and yeah you are right. If you look at the title this video was a request to use only Cubase stock plugins and I tried my best to only add just a bit of width to the mix using Stereo Enhancer.

Good video, thanks. Incidentally, rather than use a free 3rd party plugin for monitoring loudness in LUFS, you can use the excellent stock plugin called Supervisor. I'm not sure when it started being included but it's definitely there in 11 Pro.

What about the true peak max? Is it okay that it’s over 0.0 db?

Hi Seany, Thanx for that observation. I must say, it is always a good Idea to aim for a true peak of less than zero. However, sometimes it is not so bad to sacrifice maybe a db or close to 2db in order to get the loudness you need because within that range the impact is subtle and not so noticeable. Even with a true peak of less than zero, the final file after conversion from wave to mp3 could turn out to go above 0db true peak. You can try to test this on some commercial releases put your youlean loudness meter and observe the true peak of a number of commercial songs for most you will observe a true peak of above 0db. So to avoid having a very high true peak after the conversion I think it's just safe to say if you have a limiter with the functionality of setting a the true peak I would recommend you set it to below 0db. If you look at the charts I was displaying the recommended true peaks were there for each LUFS value so I would say best to follow what's on the chart.. and once again thanx for the observation and I might make a video update on this one just to make sure I correctly talk about the true peak..

Boss i need ur help..when i open my DAW(cubase 11 pro) then record my vocals, so when i about mixing linking my tracks to the buses the voice doesn't sync with the beat..so what can do to fix it plz help me i need to enjoy updated cubase boss i beg

open your mixer go to the upper right hand corner and activate the latency monitor. your most likely problem is your computer isn't powerful enough
