i am getting 18v output which should be 19v acer laptop charger.indicator light on charger is ok..but laptop is not taking power..after long rest again charger works.. there is small burnt in circuirt board below main capacitor but not in any green part of PCB and any other components. any solution?

Remove the capacitor and check if its weak due to short.. resolder all the points again.. Still I can't tell exactly what happened to your charger...

I like your video. How can I buy the transformer for the laptop adaptor? I want the name of the ferrite core, I mean the name and dimension . I have searched online but I was unable to buy the ferrite core 19v transformer for laptop probably because I don't know the exact name to search in EBay or Aliexpress.

It's basically EMI section inductor you will get from old powersupply circuits.. while the transformer is not sold separately you have to replace from some other laptop adapter circuit.

If its dell charger and output supply is ok but still not charging then maybe it's due to dallas 2501 transistor like memory chip which is connected on output terminals having three pins .

The power supply come from both neutral and positive of charger output when I check using Tester..how to repair it..Could you help me to fix this

Is it giving a shock or not from output?.. This happens when circuit is not grounded.. Check for it... otherwise it's fine.

@@Electricquantism402 @Electricquantism402 When I touch output pin It didn't give me a shock..When I used Tester it shows red indicator on both supplies (Both red and black wire)..But laptop didn't getting charge..how to check it is grounded or not..

@@rohitshinde6914 check the output voltage first..if its matches to the value mentioned on adapter so its fine.. For shocking problem, take a piece of wire and solder it between your input ground (3rd terminal in 220v plug) and output -ve wire..

Yes..in circuit boards and transformers etc.. they also contain lead and cadmium they all are heavy metals.

@@Electricquantism402 main capicator ko agar desolder kar deta hun to multimeter usse sahi dikhata Hain agar dobar connect kar ke check karta hun to continuously beep sound deta hai. Or MOSFET ka pta nahi ye kya hota hai
