I am really impressed with this art. I want to seriously learn it. And knowing that the great Bruce Lee studied it as well makes it even more appealing.

Now how can he be qualified to teach savate When he just learned it from a book you wouldn’t be qualified to teach and even If you learned it from a video The guy is self-taught From a book he read And he’s teaching What he learned Oh for those of you who Grew up in the 80s Your martial arts teachers were Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris if you want to use this guys narrative 🤦🏼♂️

As Salem stated, he went back to Paris and got tuition to become an instructor.

@@TheShicklee Yep he became an instructor To teach others What he learned from a book 🤦🏼♂️ PS I just Found out a few seconds ago In the comment section he’s dead

@@mgtowproperties do you not understand what getting tuition means? He learnt the full Savate curriculum from actual teachers, not from a book. What does it matter anyway? Bruce Lee learnt Savate from watching 8mm films and made it work.

@@TheShicklee In this interview he clearly said he learned from a book And what does it matter well I grew up in the 80s and that was a big ninja Craze at the time And from watching all those ninja movies I guess that makes me a ninja now does And I guess you could say Bruce Lee was my teacher as well Not to mention I’m also a pro wrestler from Washington constantly on TV lol 😆

People learn things from educational realistic books what's not to understand. Also, have you not heard about any self taught professionals? It's not equitable to learning from fantasy tv series. Besides, he did get silver glove if memory serves right and got certified. If that still means nothing, just take a look at his techniques. The sheer amount of practice training it takes, to pull those moves off with such elegance and quickness, is a lot. Not to mention the flexibility. He's good, not some amateur that you paint him to be.

How can this gentleman get the job interviewing at the "Inosanto" Academy and not be able to say "Inosanto"!!!!!!!? Disgraceful! I am mostly kidding because he was probably nervous but at least correct him!!!!!

Are you referring to Joseph Jennings? That's an easy answer: he owned the company. Don't take it personal though; he has/had a lot of little verbal quirks like that. I know, I've seen many of these panther videos through the decades. Hell, I remember when the opening music was cool.

Seems so full of light that's the sad part about these stories they have so much to offer 😔
