28:55 That's the first if not the only thing that took him so long to find consistency. If you stuck with only 1 strategy, you give your 110%, keep refining it (not switching) over and over for at most 1 year, you will be consistent

Bro absolutely man, it is actually so hard to commit to one strategy and to one instrument and this was a big thing for me also. I think the ego definitely has something to do with it. I did a lot of trade journaling work, journaling over 150 trades on multiple currency pairs following a couple different strategies and I couldn't find any consistency. That being said, I completely got into the habit on managing risk (I always say to myself that now, risk management is the foundation of my trading), having a plan and getting into the trade when that plan plays out, sticking to that plan no matter what and also getting enjoyment out of trade journaling - 160 journaled trades means that my Trade Journal is over 65,000 words and 400 pages now and I use these increasing numbers to motivate me as this is proof that I am putting in the work and therefore success is coming. This is time well spent for sure! I really solidified the behaviours of a consistently profitable trader even though I wasn't actually profitable. Since August, I have changed my approach to trading, I am trading only GOLD now, following it on a daily basis on the m5, m15, 1hr and 4hr/Daily timeframes, and only doing Supply and Demand style trading and I can already feel the differences and the positive changes of honing in your focus and just getting to grips with one instrument really well.

The adviser I'm in touch with is CHARLOTTE GOLDYN ALLAN. She works with Merrill, Pierce, Smith incorporated and interviewed on CNBC Television. You can use something else. For me, her strategy works hence my result. She provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.

Don’t you encounter slippages when trading 70 lot size with 10 pips stop ? I use to hear about slippage issues with TFT and some other prop firms when you have big lot size with very tight stop.

It's exactly how I trade with elliot wave. Definitely possible and if the price already pivots off the target you just have to accept a reduced size to maintain your 0.25%, .5%, 1% risk or whatever.
