Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Absolutely amazing episode. Umar has the highest level of self awareness and control over his emotions that i have personally ever seen from anyone. He analyzes every action in such detail. My takeaway on this was what he said about identifying your problem and working towards it, we are mostly focused on the P/L and don't try to improve on the little things we can do better. I think if we focus on inculcating the good habits in trading the money will take care of itself.

Well detailed and sound video. I will add to the fact that perseverance and dedication is also one of the keys to successful trading. My phobia when I started was losing all my money and meeting unreal people. I'm grateful I overcome this fears and phobia and now I'm very profitable
