This demonstration gets my hype, brings me out of dark times, sees my Soul on fire, brings tears to me at times, and just gives me such a feeling of joy in my spirit. I can't thank Westley and everyone else who made this event happen enough. I'm eternally grateful and thankful to you all. OOUS!!!

One of the good talk I was expecting to come out of this is that the practicing of Martial Arts or Kung Fu helps to improve physical health. And, this is mainly what young adults and Children could gain out of Martial Arts is health sustenance.
@vamtheanomaly8 жыл бұрын
+MacKenTayomo J I knew about the Ancient African combat systems way before this show aired too. If you look at the world map and origins of things used in society, you can pretty much trace fighting systems of Earth, just like you can the movement of man. Ancient Africa to Southern Europe ( Romans ) to the Far East - China etc. and so on.

In the summer of 98 I was in NY and got to study with Shi Yan Ming and actually went to this. You can see the back of my head at 6:41 being obscured by the logo. I remember taking the train to Spanish Harlem with some other students and they were teasing me because I didn't know if we were going to a rough neighborhood or not and was really nervous. Man what a different time to be alive. One of the best summers of my life.
