This makes me think of looking out of a plane window. Seeing the landmass moving so seemingly slowly from 30,000' plus beneath me. Probably influenced by the fact that the first time I heard this song, I was on a plane flying over the Rockies. It was really moving, pardon the pun.

This song is assembled very well, love the parts put together as a whole, kindof a Lennon-McCartney thing going on. Another masterful album, thank you to Mastodon and the engineers/producers careful attention to beautiful sound quality- not so much on KZfaq but when listened to properly sounds fantastic once again.
