I've been following almost few days 5 or so, and I see some changes. My hair get even better, healthy and thicker, hairfall becomes minimum, before I have rough, thin hair, with blood circulation you mentioned it's help relief scalp pain. I do this everyday sometimes with olive oil, it's works effectively..without the right massages hair growth are slower. I don't need to worry about caressing my hair anymore, I love my hair now. 3 principal to see the results effectively 1. Healthy diet (eat clean) 2. Exercise/ massages/ yoga 3. OMG this works ~! My hair grow 3cm in two weeks! Wow! 😲😍 My methods : - systematic scalp massage ( thank You so much Masumi ❤️) - drinking water and nettle/horsetail tea - rice water for hair - listening to solfeggio sounds (in YT) for hair growth - patience and peace ;)
