I started doing this massage routine nightly and consistently for the last 2 months with my scalp mixture of jojoba oil peppermint, rosemary, and lavender. All I can say is I’m so happy because my hair has been growing an inch every 3 weeks. This massage is a beautiful addition to my life. Thank you so much for this video. I now have over 2 and a half inches of growth from less than 2 months.

if you apply oil every day, do you wash it off every day?
@aprilfisher3731

Actually I started to apply these oils with the addition of tea tree oil so I could extend out my wash day too. I was getting really itchy scalp and having to wash every 3 days and it was drying my scalp and hair further. Now I can wash once a week and my scalp dosent get itchy like it used to

My dad is from Egypt he used to put olive oil in my hair and massage it, sometimes I would fall asleep especially in my left side on his knees while he was watching TV and he would continue to massage me from the right side and guess what! My hair on the right side was always longer and I was wondering why was that happening!

@@shawndanewby8941 Yes it does help. If you keep being consistent and find the right way to take care of your hair you can reach your goal. Half a year ago i found out about scalp massages and my hair has never been so healthy. You just need the right hair oils, conditioner (optional), shampoo and professional treatment. I recommend you go once a month to a professional hair oiling treatment (not sure what it is called lol). One thing that also is the key to your goal is being gentle, if you are being agressive etc. you will fall way more away from the goal you have set.
@flos109

all i can say that this is the best scalp massage ever, growing out curly hair is pretty hard and if this works for curly hair, imagine how good is for have wavy/straight hair. This is the best thing you can ever do to your hair. My hair was so thin a year ago and after that thin phase my hair started falling out, i tried everything to stop it. Doing scalp massages saved me. I get so many compliments on my long hair and also on how healthy it is.

I used to do scalp massages religiously and it grew out my hair so fast. But life happened and I got busy and I stopped taking care of my hair. It doesn’t even look the same anymore so I’m trying to get back into my natural hair journey and this is one of the main things that seems to be helping. So thank you and love the video!

I massage my scalp 2 times a day sometimes the scalp becomes tender in certain areas. I just back off to 1 X day or occasionally skip a day. The rest is appreciated by my scalp and I think the hair needs a bit of rest Rubbing too hard can break the hair and damage the hair follicle. I use a battery operated hand held vibrating massager. It causes less damage than using fingertips.

Fab video! Wish there was more talk about hair massage, but I guess that there is no product to sell so no money to be made. I've been doing scalp massage for over a year now & I actually do use my fingernails to gently massage & now I've got the strongest & healthiest fingernails! Didn't expect that. So happily my hair & nails are much better. My hairdresser is impressed w/my hair growth & thickness. Go for it! Free & doesn't take much time.

This was the most relaxing 😌 beautiful video I’ve ever watched. I think you should make more beautiful slowly relaxed asmr videos of you with your beautiful hair🥰💖. Hey I have some brilliant ideas 💡 you should do. make a video Timelapse of your beautiful long hair growth journey in growing out your beautiful lovely fluffy overgrown long thick brunette hair all the way down to your knees in knee length of hair then after that make a video of you straightening all of your beautiful lovely overgrown fluffy thick long brunette hair because I’d love to see what your beautiful lovely fluffy overgrown natural long brunette thick hair would look like all straight then I think you should keep it straight. 🥰💖

So I’m curious if you still do this routine? Or if this was just for video making purposes. Also I would be curious to know what your hair measurements were before and after to actually say that this works as you didn’t show any measurements and all the video
