Hey Geoff, thanks for the kind words. In terms of rigging, they are designed to be rigged that way as to imitate a fleeing prawn/shrimp as they dart backwards when fleeing. With the tail, it’s designed with the same idea in mind, works much better rigged this way and imitates the legs/tail of a shrimp kicking back towards its head as if it was fleeing. I’m sure they would still work rigged the way you are saying but for the designed action and imitation it’s best the way I have it. Thanks for the watch 🙏

If you listen you to what I was saying at the beginning of the video, the snapper fishing was back in Brisbane a couple months ago. I did not have a net then, I purchase one shortly after I filmed that footage before I went out for this day 👍🏼
