I used matches of various different colors to make a race experiment to find out which matchstick color has the best/fastest fire. This is fire art at it's best. Which one is the winner? Red, blue, green, brown or pink? Let's watch and find out!

@@devbagga7971 They do that here, they never sell harmful things to minors even knife, matches, etc. so you have to go to the cashier to confirm your age and they'll ask you how many of that product you need.

I found it very interesting that the original match color won. Makes me think that is perhaps exactly why they went with that color for matches to begin with. Now I'm just wondering *why* red burns better.

I appreciate the stop motion. It is extremely time consuming. It doesn’t necessarily burn out slower. As all the other ones still have some burning at the beginning when they reach the end. Pink just doesn’t burn as hot or it’s a bit harder to light. Maybe both.

It's because it's a huge waste of matches, which are very good sources of heat and light and are very valuable for the less fortunate. However, I have learned that a lot of people on the internet don't care about poor people so I've given up fighting for it. -not you though, I don't know.-

it's a waste of money, time .. and the fire from the matches released idk a bad kind of gas (CO2 I guess) to the air so it's bad for the environment. I bet the creator feels nothing about this race 1 or 2 days after.. it just.. not satisfying to waste your time putting it all together, sit there to pretend you're enjoying it and then inhaling the bad smell gas then trash the whole things up.. I watched the whole video though..
