Dear (I don't know your name but your channel's awesome), thanks for sharing this amazing recipe with me. I made it yesterday, with skeptical thoughts in my head since it requires so little ingredients. But I went ahead and made it, even using a scale since in Canada using grams are not the most common in baking. Anywhoo, the muffin came out so perfect! It's the right amount of sweetness, flaky, and perfectly coconut-y. Thanks for this awesome awesome recipe! I can't wait to make more to share it with my non vegan friends. (Btw, I used all purpose flour and it works just as great)
