Күн бұрынIn this video we take a look at the following Matchbox 5-packs from 2018 :
- Ranger Rescue
- Ice Voyagers
- Ocean Works
- Metro Transit
- Dirty Mudders
- Texas Patrol
- Coffee Cruisers with Sapphire Gem Jaguar E-Type
I did not get the Wildfire Rescue, it had only two licensed cars in it of which one with a plastic body.
There were also two 5-packs meant for discount stores, one with police vehicles and one with rescue vehicles. I didn't buy those because they had repeats in them, 2017 mainline vehicles, of which I already had most of them.

I really like these models, too. As I recall Matchbox originally planned to release 6 different Chopper models, but stopped at three. I have been on the hunt for a black handlebar Chop Suey for a long time and the hunt continues.

That 61 jaguar coupe is my favorite of the video, the coffee cruisers five pack is awesome, all the packs here had some great castings. I started collecting again just before the pandemic started so most of these castings / variations are brand new to me. Thanks for sharing

Some nice piece like the blazer, Cherokee and viper, little info ( like always 😂) the pony trailer is the longest time casting by mbx, first seen in 1968 in yellow with old style wheels .

The theme for these packs was the last time it was used as it changed halfway from a silver and orange paint scheme to strictly just orange as the logo reverted back to the classic look, artwork was changed as well.

As I've shown in the live Welly video, zip lock baggies and as I will be showing in the diecast room tour, stackable cardboard boxes that used to hold fruit 😉

Compared to the Majorette and Welly the MBX is smaller indeed, but also closer to 1/64 scale.
