Mercedes produced by Lesney in 1966 - 1969. In this model I made epoxy resin glass and glued plastic roof frames

I don’t know if I have said nice things to you in the past... but I should have. I do enjoy your restoration videos very much. This little bus is one of my favorite Matchbox vehicles. Making your own windows is Cool... and the boxes you build provides a great finishing touch. Thank you for the fun!

Superb restoration. The wheels and axle housing are similar to the #23 Trailer Caravan: the pink 2 axle one. The Caravan doesn't have a rivet either. Great repair on that fragile skeleton plastic roof casting.

You can avoid air bubbles in your resin and silicone by putting them in a vacuum chamber for a bit to extract the air out...

Witam . Kupiłem teraz prawdopodobnie następcę mojego pistoletu . Jeszcze nie przyszedł . Ma taki sam zbiornik , dysze identyczne wyglądają . Obejrzyj . Nie jest drogi . Jak dostanę i popracuję to mogę się wypowiedzieć czy to to samo. @@TheProrage509 I wouldn't but some molders do because they deteriorate over time. Paul Restorer is about the only one I have seen that makes molds for the glass so he would be a great resource for other restorers.

Hello. Of course, I keep the mold. The producer of molding silicone gives a guarantee for 15 successful castings. I have done over 30 in some forms and so far I have not seen any damage. Best wishes
