Momma Matco came by the shop today and we took a look at the new Matco Tools Underhood Light. We also show the new TEAL Colored line that Matco is releasing at the upcoming Matco Tool Expo. My Matco guy told me the Maximus 5.0 will likely be on sale after Expo, probably somewhere around $700 off (10%) but your dealer has to buy a quantity of them at Expo. He also said Matco will give you $1000 off for trading in an old scan tool (a legit scan tool, not just a code reader or a cheap consumer grade device). So I'm going to find out if my Auto Enginuity counts... if not, a local pawn shop has an old but unused Matco scan tool for $200.

I got that light a few months ago. I absolutely love it. Battery life could be better but if I make sure to turn it off when i walk away it'll last 8 hrs. Magnets are awesome on it and i love all the adjustments

That orange light bar looks like a light by Helios I bought one for 25 bucks 3yrs ago I’m not sure if they are the same but the one I have still works to this day and is bright as the the day I bought it.

If you want good reviews on redbacks and blundstones or any boot ever made watch rose anvil. FYI if you want your toe to last longer go to boot barn or online get you some kg's boot guard I've been using it for nearly 20 years and it has saved tons of boots even my $500 custom made ones

i wish they made new tools with the teal tho, like a purple sealed head ratchet is neat nut making it the first/only extended reach one as of now is really cool. if they made a first stubby or high speed 1/4 or even a ultra hightorque 3/8 in teal that would be cool

I work at a dodge dealer this is the last year for chargers and challengers the dodge hornet is replacing them it’s an electric suv also we are having a new ram that will be fully electric as well this year

There was talks of replacing the hemi with a twin turbo straight six for cars and trucks. Id rather have a nice low mile Hilux. That roll cart with the stripes is cool and different. Have a good one.

I can’t get matco, all the rebranding, made in China, made with global materials and then the matco prices far exceeds what the brand is. The expensive version of harbor freight.
