Matco Michael sold us some new ratchets and Bill got a brand new ORANGE creeper.

Good to see your local Matco guys doing that special draw to support the Autism charity. My son has Autism and I know how hard it can be for the parents. Those trips make a world of difference for the families.

I love my Matco 1/2 locking flex head ratchet! I like the locking mechanism better then Snap-on! I was nice to see Michael raising money of kids with Autism! I have Autism myself and I am a tech and have my own business!

What I do on those and the Lexus is cut the axle in two places on the transmission side. The axle is hollow so it's pretty easy to do. Leave about two inches sticking out on the inboard side of the carrier bearing ( be sure this cut is straight as possible). Take a heavy duty 2 jaw puller, with the jaws on top and on bottom of the carrier tighten the screw cone into the hollow of the axle and tighten as much as your puller can take, then use a air hammer socket adaptor and hammer on the back of the puller screw. Keep tension on it while hammering. Works 90% of the time.

Paccar oil filters on the Internationals are 1 1\4. And the Freightliner are 36 mm

Good video great time always with matco Michael. We now know the creeper story which was the intro to snap on friday. Also we know that mrs. Bill controls the money, which is not a bad thing.

Another awesome video. I really like the Matco ratchets. I was always a Snap-on ratchet guy but I bought a 3/8 and 1/4 Matco on promo and I find myself using them over the Snap-on all the time. I definitely prefer the locking switch on the Matco.

The ratchet that Wally purchased sure has a long (dirty) handle. I stand corrected it's a rust prevention treatment for the handle. Between the 3 of ya's that was a nice tool haul.

I like my 26inch MAC locking flex head axis way better. Plus I got it brandy new for 150$ 279$ regular.. guy was selling off his truck tools bcuz he was done with it.

I believe that air gauge is a rebranded Astro pneumatic, if not it looks like almost identical. I have the Astro and love it. Just had to swap it to a long dual foot chuck for trucks.

I have that Matco 1/2 in ratchet including the orange handle. It's my go to for suspension work and a godsend. Got it three days ago.

The body shop I help out at has the Snap-On adjustable Channel-lok Looking tool that looks similar to the adjustable Matco type Michael was showing you in the beginning of this video but the Snap-On type have a different style of pressure adjusting handles on them and I can say they do look weak but, the teeth in the jaws will strip before they slip on anything, including a smooth type round ball hitch on a bumper or receiver

In the past we had bad luck w matco ratchets (couldn’t get them warrantied) but now we have a good dealer. I own a bunch (about 30ish Snap On ratchets)

Those Matco ratchets (the 36 inch one) suck ,tried breaking a shock bolt loose and exploded the head , I broke the thing three different times my matco dealer bought it back and I got a snap on and I have stood on that ratchet and it works just fine not saying snap on is the best but it’s a lot better than Matco!
